  5. Chapter 2 read by 22nd of August
  6. Start writing case bring copies of sources to
    class for 29th of August
  7. Chapter 3 and 4  by 5th of September
  8. Speech 3 write and time 7 minute speech on
    isolationism  by 12th of September
  9. Work on case in class 9-19
  10. Basic outline 9-26
  11. Add evidence and refine Affirmative case
    and time case by 10-3
  12. Begin negative case get basic outline 10-10
  13. Outline done by 10-17
  14. Add evidence and refine case 10-24
  15. Start mock debates (1) mock . Students help
    each other refine case 10-31
  16. Mock debate (2)  and  learn how to write a
    flow sheet. 11-7
  17. Flow sheet turn ins this day for mock debate
    (3) 11-14
  18. Finishing up mock debates here to
    Christmas break all will debate both sides.
    So 2 rounds each possibly more. Each
    student not debating will need to do a flow
    sheet for each rounds for a grade. Please
    bring your legal pad and case to each class.
